     Hope and Healing’s Young and Successful (Y.A.S) mentoring is a volunteer-led program that supports youth members in developing skills to grow and advance their interests in becoming successful within a career such as entrepreneurship, corporate administrators, or the arts.

Y.A.S assigns a suitable professional as a mentor to support, nurture, challenge and provide opportunities for mentees to realize their career goals.
