     In partnership with Advanced Client Care LLC (Outpatient Mental Health Agency), HHF will offer Mental Health Outpatient and Online (Tele-counseling) services for youth, veterans, and the general public. All services are offered regardless of race, religion, sexual identity, financial status, or age.

Services provided will be the following but not limited to:

• Psychosocial Evaluations

• Brief Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy Sessions

• Detailed Treatment/Care Plans designed by facility staff with client inclusion

• Linkage to Community and Online support agencies and materials

• Admission and/or referrals to Community or Mentoring Program to increase support system for clients served

• Education and Financial Support Services through foundation support groups
